This seminar will examine selected troubled title transfers, analyzing the events, intents, documents and actions involved in each case. Specific lawsuits will be examined and dissected. There will be discussion of how these troubled titles might have been avoided or prevented and what measures needed to be taken in order to insure good title. There will be further discussions of curative measures, i.e. Quit Claim Deeds, Quiet Title Actions, which can be applied to clear these titles.
